Don’t worry. We use all kinds of fun equipment to maximize your training time at the Iron Lab. Bands, barbells, dumbbells, bars and balls are just some of the equipment we have on hand to help you find your happy place.

WHAT WE OFFER

Iron Lab provides 2,000 SQ FT of strength & conditioning fun. Sessions currently run Monday to Friday.

When you workout with us, you can expect to feel supported, empowered and ultimately, confident. Our sessions are planned with your strength, mobility, flexibility and health in mind.

Our instructors can offer customized training options in daily sessions as required. We can guide you from where you are to where you want to be.
