There are no showering facilities or change rooms. We have one public washroom available in our gym.

LATE TO A SESSION?

If the workout is already in progress, please reschedule so you are up to speed on the moves delivered. We believe it is not safe to start a workout without the proper warm up and instruction of exercises.

**Remember to allow adequate time to arrive in the event of a train**

HOW CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

In order to bring a friend you can have them sign up in advance on the Mindbody App where they can purchase a single session.

CAN I PAY AT THE DOOR?

We will accept Cash (no POS System) at the door if you have a friend joining you for your session.
