Morning sessions start promptly on the hour. Your coach provides a demonstration of moves, guides you through a warmup, coaches you through the workout and provides suitable stretches.

OPEN-MAT TRAINING
Open mat training is a great option if you feel confident enough to work solo or with a partner. We provide the timer settings, suggested warmup moves and stretches as well as the written workout. Music and timers are not provided.
3:00pm is the latest anyone can begin an open mat training sessions as we need floor space for group training beginning at 3:50pm.

Classes fill, but there is lots of space. Bring a mat, blanket, dress in layers, to be warmer but you can strip down if needed.
