MORNING GROUP SESSIONS
Morning sessions start promptly on the hour. Your coach provides a demonstration of moves, guides you through a warmup, coaches you through the workout and provides suitable stretches.
Train barefoot or wear clean indoor shoes.
Bring a water bottle and sweat towel, if desired.

OPEN-MAT TRAINING
Open mat training is a great option if you feel confident enough to work solo or with a partner. We provide the timer settings, suggested warmup moves and stretches as well as the written workout.
3:00pm is the latest anyone can begin an open mat training sessions as we need floor space for group training beginning at 3:50pm.
