Strong for Summer is a program we run every May as an introductory program for NEW MEMBERS ONLY. This is a sweet deal (Only $147 plus gst) for people who have NEVER trained with us before. You receive 4 weeks UNLIMITED TRAINING, as well as a Get Started Guide and Planner to set a goal and stick to some VERY SIMPLE daily habits. This is an opportunity to work on a few select KETTLEBELL MOVES (only) with the drills, flexibility and TIME to practice.
