Kettlebells are not dangerous. Using kettlebells without proper instruction and practice can be dangerous. In this 90 minute workshop we stack fundamentals of hardstyle kettlebell training so that you can confidently use kettlebells to increase your fitness, strength and even weight loss goals. OPEN TO ANYONE. This is a great workshop for utilization on the floor at Iron Lab, or to take back into your life for training at home, on the road or in another gym. Basics reviewed and taught are hardstyle plank, deadlift, cleans and the 2-hand swing.
