This is our second time hosting the StrongHER one-day event. 

This workshop is designed to EMPOWER your talented and budding female athlete with tools, education and understanding about how to OPTIMIZE their system and WORK WITH THEIR BODY to be the best they can be!

TRAINING

EXCELLENT NOURISHMENT

- meals and snacks are provided that meet nutrition requirements for muscle protein synthesis and energy gains

MOVEMENT BREAKS

- 2 strength, mobility and flexibility focused dry-land style trainings during the day!
